The Thing movie night at lost Angeles

We're screening horror movies for October and every Wednesday is movie night at Lost Angeles.

It’s spooky season here in Lost Angeles. To celebrate one of our favorite times of year we have asked some of our pals to curate our Fright Nite movie series. Every weds in October we will have a guest artist presenting one of their favorite horror films.

We trust their taste and so should y’all ! All screenings are free. All seating is first come, first served.

Our first installment is being presented by an extremely talented writer / director / actor and visual artist @alwaysallisyn

This weeks movie is John Carpenter’s 1982 classic “The Thing”. Maligned in the wake of glowing hearts for the phenomenon that was E.T. The Thing was panned by many at release. But by now everyone knows the clear winner in that battle. The Thing has been certified as a ground breaking sci-fi horror with practical effects that still jump out the screen. If you have never seen it… it’s time.

@americanprimo crew @buddyhead_ @jacobmendel and @joe_cardamone will spin vinyl before the screening. Snacks and drinks will be on hand. 8pm.
